Hermes Agent is a private application used by its account owner. It is not a public service.
The application accesses Google data only after the account owner grants OAuth permission. Access can include Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Docs, and Sheets.
The application uses this data only to complete tasks requested by the account owner. It does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
OAuth credentials are stored on the owner's private computer. Google user data can be processed by the application and its configured AI or infrastructure providers only to complete tasks requested by the account owner.

The account owner controls local data retention. The owner can revoke access through Google Account settings and remove local OAuth credentials at any time.
